Jimmy, see you in February, hehe. I might just be doing the half though. You've already got the advice and opinions to help decide, but I just want to add, maybe lay off the speed work for a bit. I know the minimalist shoes gave you troubles, but I wonder if the paces didn't contribute to some of your aches and pains.
