I am thinking about OC. I don't think it sells out, so I can just keep training and wait for the weather forecast for that week and decide at the last minute.
That kind of seems like not the best marathon training plan, but I don't want to register for another and have the weather be crappy.

Wow, 26.2 in that heat! l personally like warm weather running, but not for 26.2 miles! Considering what you described, you did darn good just finishing standing up and not having to get any hydration I.V.s, etc, after you finished. I wonder how many unfortunate people did "fall out' for this one in those conditions?
