I just registered for the Labor Day 5K & 10K again.  As in, both distances.  WTF am I thinking???????

Yes, Amsterdam, Paris and London - it was awesome. I brought my running gear just in case but never had the desire to run.  Spent so much time walking that by the end of each day I was just exhausted. And also, I needed a little mental break from the chore of it.  So yeah, I am trying to get back at it, not quite kicking ass yet but maybe later this fall

Not everyone has as much vacation in Canada. And, shocking news, our free healthcare program isn't free! A huge chunk of our income tax goes to the program. And our dollar could barely buy a hotel on Connecticut or Vermont avenue.
