Here's a 5k I did. The course basically was on the grounds of the middle school and high school. Lots of cones in the parking lots, link to the map if you want to zoom in to see all the turns. It was a sort of out and back. Anyone see anything?

Anyway it'd be just like running 3.1 miles on an indoor track, except not always turning in the same direction.
