I jogged a half mile before heading home from work - it was like 90 and sunny and I've never been so happy to be out in that misery. Toe is fine and it felt super easy, thank you cross-training. I'll maybe try again on Wednesday or Thursday AM before hitting the pool if it's not achy tonight. OH SNAP. Coach emailed me with info for Alter-G, will be trying that bad boy out later this week!
