A small, local 5K on Saturday before the St. Patrick's Day parade here.  The ultimate goal is under 20:00, but since it's the first one, I'm really just looking for a benchmark to see where I'm at after winter training.

Good luck everyone who is racing!

I'm doing the Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach on Sunday.  The half starts at 7:00 and the full starts at 8:30, if all goes as planned I'll be done before the full starts. Smile

              Awesome, Good Luck everyone!

I'm running the St. Paddy's Half in Tacoma tomorrow.  I'm coming off a nasty bout of sinusitis and chest crap.  I'm feeling ok today...I'll play it by the hour until start time tomorrow.  It could be a race or a fun run depending on how I feel.
