Thanks. Are you working nights?

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

Take Charge. Train Harder. Suck Less. No Excuses.
Morning!
Drink up moho's!!
Well for Monday's this one does not suck too much. Somewhat busy so the time is passing easily.
About 4 more hours until I can go home to DW and DD.
Morning! Down here!
Van, yes, at the airport now. So looking forward to the heat and humidity...not.

Hey all! Hope you all had a great weekend. I ran a bit, watched my daughter do her first triathlon, grilled some chicken and took a nap while watching the Tigers on Sunday afternoon. Pretty awesome.
Marjorie - Detroit metro area might as well be a different state. It's so different from the rest of Michigan it's not even funny. Hope you had a nice time and safe travels home.
Damaris - Nice job! Enjoyed the pics you posted on FB.

Yo.
Great job, Damaris!
Didn't get my walk/jog in this morning like I'd planned, but been busy. Hand washed some stuff that can't go in the dishwasher, tidied the kitchen counters, took youngest to swimming lessons, washed two loads of laundry, and now getting ready to schlep across town to the clinic to pick up the written prescription for youngest's meds, pick up supper, take script to pharmacy, eat with the fam, and then take oldest to swim lessons. Whew!
Relentless forward progress
Spent the day at the beach at the local recreation area.
Run to live; live to run
Got home around 4 ish yesterday afternoon.
Today hour of Pilates. Got most my work caught up.
Still tired though.
Marjorie
Marjorie, hopefully your life can get back to normal.
Pam, that sounds like a busy day.
Damaris, yup, back to your normal too, heat and humidity.
Mike, sounds like a great weekend.
Doug, It's another day that you're still there though!
Van - Yup. And it's pretty much lather, rinse, repeat through Thursday.
Morning.
Morning! I had a stomach virus the day before the race but now it has come back with a vengeance. I cannot even move out of the bed. Hope it passes. Attending court via telephone and then to rest. I have not slept.
And traveling while sick like this sucked. AA is sure not happy with me, ha.
D, at least you're home now and can recover.
Pam, load up on a cup or two of coffee, and good luck on another busy day.
The rain is interferring with my beach attendance today. I am not amused.
Nice run this morning.
Need to drive to the western side of the state later today. Doing training there tomorrow.
