Let's not rush it. We still have over 12 hours on the East Coast.

September will be lighter due to a 10 day vacation that starts in 10 days.

Refurbished Hip
24.4 miles, which is better than July's zero. Yay me!
Running is dumb.
How is the foot?
300.
September will be lighter since after the 13th, my keister will be parked on the couch the rest of the month.

Mmmmm...beer
Should end up around 225ish after this evening, not where I wanted to be, but not bad.

Nowhere but up from here!
If September is lighter I'm gonna be a real bitch to deal with.
Last year September was my highest at 188 and I am praying that nothing gets in the way to prevent that this year. I've got the Evansville Half on October 3, so I want at least another 18 miler before it, a 20 would be outstanding and then I would like one more 18 3 weekends before the IMM. That would please me.
270.5 hot and sweaty miles for the month, which included 2 weeks of light running while on vacation. I'm sad to say goodbye to summer, but I won't be sad when I don't have to run in above 80F temps anymore...
