Wow! Past 10am and no dailies post yet...so here goes...
I didn't run. Rode the stationary bike for an hour doing some random intervals. Felt pretty good and my hammies will, hopefully, enjoy no run!
Hope everyone has a good one today and stay sane taper people! Wish I was dealing with that!
