Yo.
I ran 7 in some thick, clammy air. No complaints though, it is what it is.
I thought I modified and corrected the mispelled title, but apparently, I did not.
Anyway, it was 76 with a 70 dew point for my stupid run, that explains that!

Happy Friday!! 2000 yard pool swim done this morning before work. I had a post-work lake swim on the schedule, but I decided I didn't want to schlep out there after work today.
Last night I had a 50 minute tempo run. 10 minute warmup, then 3 x 10 minutes tempo, 2 minutes recovery. 7:32, 7:27, 7:14 paces on those tempos. I kept it dialed back...no need to wreck my legs with a race this Sunday. Tempo runs on an August afternoon sure are tough.

Good morning!
I ran 6.6 in the daylight. It was hot, humid, and pretty enjoyable.
I hope everyone has a kickass day!

I plan to see it as well, despite the fact that it's getting crushed on RT.
Simply breathing on an August afternoon is tough enough.

Crazy disappointed. Today's 30 turned into a 20 suffer fest. It included dry heaves at mile 10.5 so i just resorted to walking until hubby finished. He finished 24 himself and is now finishing the remaining 6 on the tm. I'm hoping to make some of it my deficit with a double tonight. My training has stunk again. But hubbys is going very well. Thankfully walking is highly encouraged at this race (NC24)

Apparently, I forgot to post before work? Sheesh.
I have 8 with 3 X 800m tonight. Planning on seeing Suicide Squad on IMAX tomorrow.
BerthaSlayer, ugh. Hoping the double goes well.

I heard it's doing pretty good in theaters since last night - http://deadline.com/2016/08/suicide-squad-weekend-box-office-opening-will-smith-margot-robbie-1201799046/
Either way I am going to enjoy it, I've got a thing for Jai Courtney and he's got an amazing body in this film that he shows off
But he's not the only reason I'm going to watch it, it looks entertaining, it's about the villains and a group of people that look like they've got good chemistry with each other.
