      Yo.

It will be a lower body workout for me this morning, in the form of lunges. I will keep it a little lighter than last week's workout, which took days to recover from!

What's on your schedule for this first day of the work week?

        Awww, Kitler!  Love the Kitteh.

I pulled out my lower back on Saturday, so I am seeing the massage therapist today since Pilates is tomorrow and I need to fix it now.  Might run 5-7 tonight or might not, depending on what kind of adjustments he does.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

Morning! I'm gonna recovery-shuffle a couple miles at some point and do an upper body workout at the Y on my way to work.

            Good morning!

I ran 8.  My legs wanted to do another 18.2, but I restrained them.

It's not a 12+ through the week, or a 20+ LR, but I'm fishing for a gold star:

            10.1 mi / day

I hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning!  Nothing like your best swim yet to put you in a great mood on a Monday morning.  3000 yards at 2:16 pace done early this morning.  3 months ago I was swimming at a 2:45 pace (that difference in an Ironman swim is 1:55 vs 1:35).  I'm still pretty slow by most triathlete standards, but it's my fastest and I just keep plugging away.  Now I'm at work with a cup of coffee and TIRED.  I've got 4 easy miles to run after work.  It's race week.

                        Hey everyone!!

Awesome weekend, 20 on Sat, 18 on Sun, felt great!!  Did 7.5 this morning, lil slow, but not sore, so that's good.  I've been resting on Mondays, but we're gonna have cold rain tomorrow, so I figured I'd get some miles in today and rest tomorrow.

Funny the difference a week can make, first pic is last Sunday, second pic is yesterday, and I actually ended up shirtless on that run. lol

Today is shaping up to be a 2500 calorie day, for reals. And that's on the low end!

Mondays are really tough for me with these b2b weekends, all I want to do is ESU!!  And I do a pretty good job of it.  I've already had an english muffin, bagel w/pb, grapes, bag of almonds/m&ms, 4.5cup container of mixed berries, and it's not even lunch time yet!! lol

Rest day for me, trying to make the list of everything I am going to need for the Land Between the Lakes Marathon, which is less than 3 weeks away now.

I've got a trail half marathon coming up this Saturday - Bound the Mounds Half Marathon, on pancake flat trails. I just hope the trails won't be horribly muddy or flooded.
