Please adjust my goal for my half on the 27th, due to my knee issue derailing my training I am no longer shooting for a PR, but will instead pace the 1:45 group.
Also, I have five races this weekend, a 5k, 10k, half, 2.8 mile and 1 mile. It's the Tybee Island Run Fest. No goals, just lots of running and drinking with friends!
