AHahahahahaaaaa..... Did I say 27:40? They said trail race, not cross-country style! Maybe if they hadn't included a freakin' flight of STAIRS in the middle of the race...

                Are we there, yet?

Bob Potts Marathon completed. Very pleased with the results and it should give me and Ian plenty of feedback on where to take my training from here.

I DNFd today.  First, they change the route to a single file park, which was not good for the workout I wanted and then I woke up with a migraine, so my DNF decision was for the best.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

                      Decatur Steeple Chase 8k

This is my 4th year running this one, it was my very first race, hope to beat last year's time of 39:36 .

                      May 27th

Cotton Row 10k(registered), and maybe the 5k(not registered yet). My goal is to beat last year's time of 55:04, ultimately hope to break 49:30 in the 10k. If I do the 5k, it will be for fun or maybe to pace a forumite.

                      Also have a FE planned.

Forgot to report my time... 30:47, 3rd in AG!

Yes, it was a full three minutes off my PR, but it was the hilliest course I've even run.
