I'm training for a marathon (yawn...) at the end of the month. So...

        - Manage to get back to a few respectable weeks of mileage (60 this week, then 70-70) and then, a strict 7 days of taper.

        - Run said marathon well, but while having fun (I'm not sure what that means yet. I will have to think about it). No pressure, I just want to enjoy the day (not sure what "enjoying the day" means either...Big grin).

        PRs: Boston Marathon, 3:27, April 15th 2013

                Cornwall Half-Marathon, 1:35, April 27th 2013

Try to stay uninjured...left leg isn't feeling right lately, so I'll have to cut down my mileage, stretch, and foam roll like crazy.  Plus, a trip to the chiropractor is in order too.

My main goal is to smash my lifetime 10K PR of 50:52...would love to go sub-50.

                          1. Building back mileage. I've been a bit of a slug since Boston but that's o.k. Want to get back over 200 for May peaking around 70 for the first week or so of June for a half-marathon on June 22.

                          2. 5K on Memorial Day for a little fitness check.

                                Run.  At all.

I will have had three full weeks out of the walking boot by the end of May, so by the end of the month, I think I should be able to at least *try* to run.  I would not be surprised if it took me multiple runs to actually accumulate one full mile, but I will do what I can do.

Also, even if the ankle is not ready to run, get back to normal cardio.  This, I have no doubt I can do this month.

                                My wildly inconsistent PRs:

                                5k: 24:36 (10/20/12)

                                10k: 52:01 (4/28/12)

                                HM: 1:50:09 (10/27/12)

                                Marathon: 4:19:11 (10/2/2011)
