I was up at 4 but I haven't run yet.  Did work stuff instead.  Guess I should go run now, huh?

No running today, and more snow....... roads that were clear last night are now covered again. I wish my Tahoe was 4WD damn it.

There weren't too many people at the gym at 4:15 AM, and I added a couple new workouts to my upper body circuit training for a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes.

I am definitely sore after this workout.

I'm benched again today.  Besides the ice, my Big Probe got moved from yesterday till tomorrow.  So today I'm on clear liquids and no running.  Tomorrow is out for obvious reasons.  Friday maybe?  I'm beginning to see my March HM becoming a walking event with my friend.  OH, well, not a big goal race or anything, and he would like that.

I dreamed that I ran 2.5 miles. Does that count?

                  2.25 - 2.5 miles planned for tonight.

'Morning, seabiscuits!  My alarm went off at 5:30 per the usual this morning, and so I shut it off and slept until 6:15.  Got to love getting 9+ hours of sleep on a Tuesday night.  Today's workout calls for an hour of easy running, which I'll do after work on a hill route and when the temp is pushing 30 degrees.  The car thermometer showed -7 outside this morning.  No thanks.

                    Barking Mad To Run

Nice run/walk yesterday after work around the university campus.  Sunny, blue skies, 56 degrees, low humidity, low dewpoint.  Ended up with 3.4 miles.  Today is hill-work day for me.   About 3 or 4 miles worth after work.   Weather, more of the same as yesterday, except the temp will be up about 10 degrees from yesterday, to 65 degrees.  Nice!

Morning!  I have 6 miles tonight.

I wish I could sleep more than 5 hours, sigh.  9+ sounds like heaven.

I sleep on average 4-5 hours a day, but most of the time I sleep 1 hour, wake up, 1 hour, wake up.  Grrr.
