Warm&fuzzy
Good morning!
Put me down for 44 miles of pedaling. 71F and 99% humidity is a great way to start the day. I liked it.
Have a great day!
Runner with a riding problem.
Morning! I have 6 miles and weights tonight. Or kickboxing, we'll see.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

HELLO omg lol
2500 yard swim done. Run later.
It is good cycling weather. Run, not so much.
<3
BTW it is truly disheartening when you finish your swim, get in your car, and find out you forgot to pack your post-swim pb&j sandwich.
Go figure
As always, will need to catch up when I get time.
Had a nice 35 yesterday, even though 7 hours solo is a long time. I guess it's good for the mental game in addition to the running game. Something easy tonight, 4-6 I figure. Taper starts now, although this is 3 weeks out so I'll still shoot for some mileage this week, just no long run.
Also, had a buddy go about 14:30:00 for a canal path 100 in Ohio over the weekend. Nothing like holding 8:30 pace for 100 miles! His goal is to make the USA 24-hr national team, which he figures he needs to hold 9:00 for...I think he is well on his way!
Jay...Isn't that always how it works with races! Nice easy run today.
Pleasant...Nice work on the riding.
Docket...Enjoy the miles and workout.
Baboon...Well done with the swimming - good luck with the running.
Trying to find some more hay to restock the barn
Garmin says I took 5,544 steps during my 3 mile slog this morning, and I regretted each and every one of them bitches. lol

I had the same cool weather Jay's experiencing and am hoping it will hold through the week. It was tough for me to answer the 4:30 alarm this morning after a weekend of sleeping in, but I managed to get out there and run my easy six miles.

What's in your water, over there? It's Monday morning. Nothing to be cheerful about.
Run commute day. Not as enjoyable as Baboon's day, but more than LRB's run
Ok I don't know what is happening here but the peaches so far this summer have been fantastic.

You are winning. 👍
I need to come there. I've made two peach cobblers in the past month (one with blueberries) and I just about have this recipe dialed in.
Right? Better to suck it up and get it out of the way though.
Say, I saw Addie on Maggie's Insta. She win a mountain race?
