I'm planning on a nice easyish 5 tonight. Allergies are acting up so I'm going to play it by ear.

        Good morning!

I made myself do 10 miles in the muggy darkness.  It wasn't all bad.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Hello and welcome to Tuesday!  Per the usual Tuesday routine, this morning was a masters swim workout.  2400 yards of various drillstuffs.  4 mile jog to do later today.

My legs felt surprisingly good on my bike ride last night.  20 miles at 18.2 mph.  I did not feel like I raced the day before.

With 9 weeks to go, you're definitely going to need new shoes on race day.

As for me, a coworker brought in some baked goodies, and now that I am back at my standard mileage, I didn't hesitate to dive in.

The nut filled brownies were definitely a winner. The gluten-free zucchini bread, not so much.👎
