Actually my parents were very good about not letting that happen. I grew up in he 60's though and birthdays in
general were not the big deal they have become now for kids. I only remember going to one party the entire
time I was growing up. I have 4 siblings and my Grandparents lived with us so every day was a party (zoo) with a
houseful of people anyway.
