Uffda
But Scotty, 71F is NOT HOT!
Speak for yourself. I was out in shorts when it hit 40 yesterday.

What up peepgang?
I failed miserably at my goal of running 15 miles last week. But the good news is that I have a fresh start this week.
4 miles on tap.
Run to live; live to run
Scotty I am getting a new car but there is something that needed fixed. They don't have the part. It will impact the trade in value and would have been cheaper to fix versus what it will do to the trade in (plus morally I couldn't turn it in knowing there was something wrong and not tell them). They will know since the indicator light is on and the dealer cannot turn it off. As soon as they clear the code it comes right back on because there is an emission problem. I'm getting the car from a different dealer. Guess it will work out.

Go figure
Hey guys...late check in for me. I ran a bit over 7 today with a friend at her pace, and 8x45 sec hill sprints at my pace. Last week was a strong week of running mileage-wise for me, so hopefully I can do the same this week too.
Hope you all have a nice evening.
Trying to find some more hay to restock the barn
Will run for scenery.
48 in 2014 !
Yep, I ran 0.7 miles on the TM today, bringing my mileage for the year up to 2.0
That was in addition to a bit of walking and 45 minutes on the boredomizer.
Stupid feet!
Stupid elbow!
lol
Wickedly Average
Evening, Dailies!
I'd have posted sooner, but my pre-work morning routine forbids posting on RunningAhead! Well, not really, but I'm usually pressed a bit for time.
Anyway, SRD for me today, though I did enjoy two very nice days Saturday and yesterday. It's supposed to be sunny and in the 50s tomorrow, so I will probably do a little bit of running after work.
Legs feel pretty good today despite having ran Saturday and hiked a couple of hilly miles yesterday. The bad knee was a bit stiff this morning, but it's feeling good now. A good night's sleep will make it feel even better, I suspect.

SIAR, awesome run today.
jjs22, yay for progress!
Tom, I'm glad that you're feeling OK.
Yesterday, I ended up doing just weights, push-ups, and ab work.
Tonight, I did 6.0 miles on the TM in 1:02:48. 10:28 pace. It was difficult. The entire time, I just wanted to go home and sleep. Now, I'm on my way home to do push-ups and ab work.
I have ten miles to do in the morning. After work, I'll do weights, push-ups, ab work, and an hour on either the AMT or the ArcTrainer.
good night, people.
Still at the vet. Zoe has the rare form of this issue and needs the rare new surgery that even the specialty neurologist vet has never done. We went with a steroid injection and will see if that does any good and will reassess in 3 weeks.
She is just waking up now, and it will be a while before we can even start the 90 min drive home. So the run is looking less and less likely. I should have brought running gear up with me.

8.3 easy miles, with this being the first day I have ever set foot on a treadmill. I only came perilously close to falling off the belt once.
Haha, Jay, you are the zen runner on the track and have mad apple picking skills outside, and it's the TM that gives you trouble?
