Unsafe to run this am with huge storms and potential tornados. Stayed safe at the hotel. The worst should be past by the time I need to leave for the first center. I'm sure the traffic will be lovely here in ATL. It always is

Yes. It hurt enough when I ran on Saturday that I am giving it some time. Probably test it out tomorrow or Thurs. Pretty nervous right now.

Back at work. I have 10 to run when I finish around 5 p.m., including a gazillion of short 10k intervals. I do not like these types of runs, as I can never get into a zone. Speed up, stop, speed up, stop, etc... Urgh...

Actually I had a dream last night that I went for a run and my knee didn't hurt at all. So I've got that going for me, which is nice.

'Morning! I think I overhydrated yesterday because I was up every two damn hours last night to pee a gallon each time. 7 easy shakeout miles before work this morning in a warm mist.

SRD #9. Felt pretty stiff on my 4-mile walk yesterday. Not sure if that's because I'm not recovered or because I sat on my but for a week. I did remember to roll really well when I got home.
