I would run with your swimsuit, LRB.

I woke up with a cold or bad allergies, WTF.  I have 6 tonight.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

            Good morning!

I rode 75 miles of fun.  It was in the mid 50s to low 60s, and that was alright with me.  That's the longest ride yet on the Giant, and still no buyer's remorse.

            Have a great day!

Heading back home today. This was quite the trip! We saw city, coast, redwood forests and desert (also lots of dessert). And the only mishap was leaving DS's stuffed penguin at one of the hotels. He's been curled up with a new stuffed jack rabbit the last few days so crisis averted. I took this week as a cutback week but still ran 6 days over the trip. My suitcase smells like death.

Appears a drive to run in Owosso is on order, looks pretty clear there.

                              This would've been my luck.

I suited up in my rain gear and headed out. Annnnd of course, about a mile and a half in, IT STOPPED RAINING.

What's worse than running in the rain when it's 39 degrees you ask? Being dressed for rain and 39 degrees, AND IT STOPS RAINING.

                                9 hot & soupy miles.
