Sloooow.
I just ran 5.2 miles!! Will be back for personals when I've calmed down, haha.
Dad on the run.
Hello everyone. Ran a nice comfy 4 @ 10:29m/m. Kinda weird though because even at that pace my HR was around 170 which is really high for me at that pace. Perhaps it has to do with the warmer weather and the fact my body was still tired from everything else I have been doing... Anyways got the 4 done plus arms and abs. Tomorrow will be day 3 with my friend and his wife, really looking forward to that, they really seemed to have enjoyed the first 2 days.

Nice running everyone! Coralie is that your furthest run yet!?!
Awood I didn't realize your culinary talents! That is pretty cool you may be making your wedding cake. And I LOVE the idea of the top getting made into a beer when it's done!

I started a blog about running :) Check it out if you care to
Kristin, yes! I figured if I'm capable of running for 45 minutes, what is another 15? I got to 5 miles in 57 minutes, and figured it would be a waste getting so close to an hour, to stop. Hence, the .2, lol.
Awesome congrats! Nice time too!
Nice, Coralie! My first 5 miler was 58 minutes, and I had to keep going to get that hour too!
Good evening friends,
Tonite was my first night run in maybe forever. This am I got dressed, got the the end of the block and turned around and went back to bed. Well i redeemed myself. I got in just under 6 miles. Surprisingly there is less traffic between 9:30-10:30 pm than there is at 5:00 am.
