Also, was the guy trying to do hillwork, or just get away from the creepy guy in the truck? Was he just trying to keep his streak alive?
That would be something i would do (and have done within hours before a hurricane). But this dude is going to the store and he is criticizing someone for being out running? Same stupidity.
And frankly, if the guy is able to drive to the store, then the hurricane had not arrived (otherwise the store would be closed). So, it was probably a few hours before, which I've done many times, ha.
