Lily, it was fun. We sang the prayers together and had a delicious meal. No gifts this year, which I like. The traditional food, which we had, is latkes, which are potato pancakes. He likes them with sour cream, I like them with apple sauce. Yum!

This is why we bought an artificial pre-lit palm tree last year. It was up in 3 steps and no issues from the cats :-) I'll post a pic when put it up this week.
