That's how I feel after two rest days anyway. Time to back at it doe.
No more marathons
OK, the rat bastards over at Photobucket replaced all my images in RA with this piece of shit:

'Morning! I decided to skip my swim this morning and sleep in. So, I got "weekend sleep" on a Tuesday night and I needed it. I've got a tempo run tonight, which ought to be fun after last night's triathlon.
Re: Photobucket, I stopped using it years ago when it got slow and full of ads. I use Google pics now and it is flawless.

Super B****
I am registered for a race tonight, it is not supposed to rain for a few days, and my ankle hurts.
Photobucket is stupid. (I have a bunch of pictures stored on there. But now I just never bother deleting images from memory cards anymore.)

Maybe you should contact tech support, bluesky. I don't know.
Not sure it exists, but if there were such a thing as an enjoyable run, I had one today. 6 miles of just effortlessness and the miles came and went in the blink of an eye. Really nice. I need to get implants more often. lol
They gave you the good drugs, huh?
We can't seem to coordinate. I'm back to 10.

Oh.
Oh well, I have a million pics on PB and use it as a resource when I need to find something from the olden days. I guess since I've never used any other site to post with, I don't know what I'm missing out on.
lol - had my ass on a cloud!
I spent the entire day yesterday alternating 800mgs of Motrin and 1000mgs of Tylenol beginning at 1:00 (my appointment was at 2:00) until 9:50 pm when I finally took a Vicodin. I took a couple Motrin (400mgs) pre-run then 500mgs of Tylenol about an hour after it and I might just be done with it all. 👍
Morning! I have 10 miles tonight.
A year ago today was my husband's brain surgery. Good times!

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.
