203.9. I cut back in June. It was much needed. Feeling good now.

Are we there, yet?
157.7 miles, disappointing. Ankle pain causing me to limp even when walking and have been unable to run the last two day after being forced to cut short my last long run of the month.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Uffda
211.1. It's nice to be back above 200 again. I did take a few days off, so if I wouldn't of had All-Star week then I wouldn't have hit 200.

79 got a slow start to the month.
137.4 - my lowest month YTD, despite starting it with a 50k. Time to crank it back up.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

race obsessed
282.5 - just getting started, but plan peak isn't much more. (I think 300 a month)
wcrunner, mandy & onemile - take care of those pains.
First week: 67 miles (taper)
Second week: 36 miles (drastic second week taper)
Third week: 10 miles (much needed mental and physical break)
fourth week: 65 miles (first week training for fall marathon)
Today: 8 miles
Total: 186 miles
Lowest monthly mileage in 12 months, I think. I needed that.
