Thanks George, I was becoming restless and was going to start the dailies myself.

Will be heading out the door soon, and hopefully be done by the time the flurries start falling.

Does anyone know how to effectively use the search bar? Maybe there's a thread about it but can't find it as I can't use the search properly. Everytime I try it, I end up abandoning as I can't make much sense out of the results.

I didn't know there was one.

I've managed on occasion to find some things - but the search feature appears to be something that Eric (bless his heart) has not put much focus on.  Not a complaint - just a statement of fact.  Not everyone can be Google.

Lordy,  I hope there are tapes.

Morning!  Pilates and if I have time, a run.  My dad has the afternoon planned for us so not sure if I'll have time.

I agree.  The search bar does not provide perfect results.  You might find something if you use the right words but not usually.

Indeed the search here bites, it's pretty hit or miss. Surprising because most things here work pretty well, and it's not like searching is a radical new technology. But yeah, clearly not a priority for Eric. I bet right now he's got his hands full with the miles game.

10k today. Rainy, for a change.

                  Good morning!

I ran 20.1 overcast, hard miles.  1X5@ MP+-15, 1x5@ MP-10, 1x2@ MP-10 at the end.  Add the 2 hillclimbs  and a few more harder than easy miles in, and I'm feeling good about it all.

I hope everyone has a great day!

According to your log; you are on pace to run 4,245 miles this year. According to mine, I'll be lucky to run 424.5. lol

Ran for 130 minutes with 2 x 12 minutes MP w/3 minutes Easy on hard packed snow. At a 7:00 ish pace, I was a bit fast. Gotta get used to MP again.

Ok, thanks for the comments about the search. Pretty much what I thought.

You put so much effort in healing and fixing your body, I'm sure you'll do much more than that.
