Seriously. We were kids back in the mid-seventies but I wonder whatever happened to her. That had to be one of the oddest names ever...until the luxury car craze of the '80's; Mercedes, Lexus, and the like.
Anyhoo, Imma 'bout to go for a jog. Which will be the first time I have run in consecutive days in forever.
See ya!
Watch out for over training LRB.
I'm pretty much set on a home made marathon plan, which will consist of a track workout with the club on Wednesdays, maybe some Tempo stuff on Fridays, a long run on Sundays, and 25% to 33% of my mileage at MP or faster spread out during the week. Everything will be subject to change depending on how my body responds to it.
Today is gonna be a hot one. ~6 miles with 2 at MP. Just have to remember what my MP is...
My son's middle name is Indiana. Of all the names I could have picked for him, this one is the most mismatched of all. He has zero adventurous fibre in him (but also, zero redneckness about him. Thank god.) His first name is James. Don't call him Jim or Jimmy, he's 100% James. Old and traditional at 17.
Back from my trip to Belgium and Holland. A great time was had, but today I must work to pay for all of those waffles and steak frites. sigh... And tonight, I will run, but not sure what and how long. I wasn't very good while I was gone and I only ran three times.

Yeah, I think she used to hang out with Tuesday Weld and Wednesday Addams.
Back in MI, and not a moment too soon -- DP in Houston this morning is 73. Much more comfortable here; 9 miles.

Morning! Ran my 7 last night and I am glad. It broke this cold. Still sniffling and coughing but I will try my 10 with 6 at MP tonight.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

1700m in the pool - just so I could say I was over a mile.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
6 with Bruno this morning. I might give morning running another try.

Spam I received this morning. So much to ponder so early in the AM.
Does Death Begins in the COLON?

Deep question.
BTW, I have to send my TomTom back for a repair or a new one. I broke the start button (it is damaged for some reason). I am telling you, nothing is made for Miami weather! They are either fixing it free or giving me a new one. Sending it on Monday and will have to run with my (scoff, pfffttt) 910 until then.

Run to live; live to run
Another 4.2 for me

I feel like just a slacker, reading about you all getting out there. I ran yesterday. It sucks. Running sucks. Off today then back to back days on the weekend.
