Jess runs for bacon
Oh god that sounds painful Sending some healing vibes your way!
Speedy recovery dude! For real, you'll be back stronger than ever. At least it's probably not ACL.

Ouch ouch OUCH ouch!!
That just sucks, and I'm really sorry to hear about this. You really can't make much of an assessment until you get some better evidence, but I hope that it's something that can be dealt with in a short time.
I hope that the pain has subsided the last day or two.

Phil- this blows! I actually popped over to check up on you. Heidi and Misty told me about your accident. Yikes! I'm glad it wasn't a head or spinal injury, but I'm sorry it had to be a knee! Hope you get good news and excellent care. I know we'll all be keeping you in our thoughts. Vent away!
I hope the MRI gives you some good results, Phil. I am so sorry you are going through all of this right now. Uggh. Your running had been just going so ridiculously well. Whatever the injury is, I know you will make a full and complete recovery and be back out there running again soon!
Hoping for the best for you.
Ouch! That has to hurt a lot. You made plans. You were looking forward to actualizing them. I'd be upset, too.
Rant, rave and scream all you want - it's justified.
Then we'll look for the comeback of the century and a Bionic Babboon sometime later in 2013.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Wow... that stinks. Sorry to hear that Baboon. I am hoping for a quick recovery.
Oh no. I saw your post on FB and was wondering if your accident would impact your running. I am so sorry. :-( I hope that the news is better than you are expecting.
Upcoming:
July 27 - San Francisco marathon
Sorry man. Good luck with the healing process.

Whine away. That is a bummer. Still, there's only one way forward - positive thiniking, treatment, exercises and rest. Maybe you could swap your skiing break with a visit to a warmer clime - sipping 'adult drinks' by the pool could definitely aid recovery!
Good luck for a speedy recovery.

Phil - what a bummer. When I first read your post in the Dailies on Saturday my jaw literally dropped and I had to re-read it several times to let it sink in. I can't believe it happened to you. Hope your healing process goes well.
