    Morning, RD for me. My upper left calf is feeling like a pinched nerve or something, not tight like a tight muscle but right at the bottom behind my knee just before my calf it feels "pinched" or constricted, no idea how to describe it.

    Anyways, my son got a 2.5 hour nap last night and so he was up til past midnight.... I at least wanted to do some upper body workouts, guess that'll have to wait til tonight.

              A trainer/treadmill video game/training tool.  it's a great distraction from pedaling while sitting still.

                Hopefully, a nice little jog will fix that.

                 

                Run commute day. I'll hit the track at lunch. Think I'll try to run by HR, keep the run right at my LTHR at forget about pace.

                  Oh, that sounds like a good way to survive the dreadmill lol.

                  I think it has something to do with my sciatic nerve or the piriformis muscle which would make sense as yesterday's run my glutes felt really tight and sore.... so I will be foam rolling like crazy today. It doesn't bother me on a run, just afterward when I am lying down or walking, I can feel it then.

                    Skipping a run (i only run every other day).  Did too much dirt trail last week which can irritate the left ham I tore years ago.  Normally I just get a little buzz in the ham for 24 hours, no big deal, but by Tuesday afternoon the ham was shouting “DANGER WILL ROBINSON! DANGER!”

                     

                    hopefully a a little run Saturday morning on asphalt trail.

                        Happy Valentines Day, my sweethearts!  I swam 2500 yards before work.  My swimming takes a hit when I am not doing it every single day.  It does not take long to lose that fitness.  Stupid work lately has been cutting into it.  I got a run later.

                        I don't know if you have watched the reboot series on Netflix but I love it.

                              It's supposed to get up to 40 today, while tomorrow says a high of 19 with wind gusts to 30mph.  So it would probably be a good idea to move workout #2 to today.  But, I am not sure if the paths will be clear of snow.
