Well sorry i have not signed on for a while.  But to let you guys know, i ran a 1:18:30 half and i also ran a 2:58:00 full marathon in Dec. 2009 with a stress fracture in my right foot.  Doing better now.  I am up to about 45 -50 a week helping coach Daviess County High.  Talk to you guys later.  Train hard.  Blake
