    26:00 in cross season- you obviously have some potential. If you want to be a decent runner, run more.........running 10 to 15 miles a week isn't going to cut it. You have to run every day. Run more, otherwise you are wasting your time, and talent.............don't be another Berea runner who 'could have been' good if they'd trained properly

      Right now im just running to run. Im not at berea anymore,they gave me the boot. I joined the navy but i dont leave till september so i am just running with shawn and jarrod to try and get motivated to get into some kind of shape so i can race somewhat decent.
