Hey JJ, are you still doing the flying pig. If so when are you going up there? I am thinking about doing the 5k or 10k there. Are those races usually fast? If your going up just for the day I was going to catch a ride with you and split the gas since gas is freaking high.

say shawn, i'm signing up for the boulder backraods marathon, its at the boulder reservoir and its pretty much compact dirt road and it seems a hip thing to do. its on September 21st. they have a half marathon and some kind of jazz. you should come down here and do it with me. it should be fun. i figure i'll start getting out and 'run' today but its snowing. whine whine, nag nag,complain complain, excuses excuses. i sound like cody sometimes.
