Shawn congratulations on your last two races. You are turning pretty good times. I know those times won me a few races last year and by the looks of the other races on Johns run walk shop site those times would win many races. I am not in 16:30 shape, but if i had some competition last year on the races that no one was there I could have ran better, so let me know of the next races that you plan on running and maybe we can catch one together and push each other. I plan on running one at least 3 weeks from now since i will be busy every Saturday till then.
