I planned to keep biking deep into the fall and do some cross races but work and life have kept me busy and I've ended up focusing my limited exercise time on running. Still, I've got all these bikes laying around staring at me. It's tough.

I've got a coworker who was in on the first shipment before the price went up. He's happy with them and since they aren't crazy expensive (It's all relative) he does a lot of riding on them. He says they aren't super light but the aero makes up for that.
Are you currently on the wheels that came with your tri bike? I'm curious to hear what kind of difference the upgrade makes for you. Eventually I'll be in the market and these will be considered. My Speed Concept is too fast to not eventually upgrade.
I was a little late to pull the trigger on shipment number 1 and wanted to wait anyway for some reviews to get posted online. They did go up in price for shipment 2, but I still got a 60\90 clydesdale set for a little over 900 which I felt was pretty decent.
I train on the Askium Race wheels that came on my tri bike, but I've been racing on a set of Mavic Kysrium SL SCS wheels which are a significant upgrade to the Askiums. Unfortunately I'll probably have just a few chances to ride the Flo's this year as I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to riding in the cold AND it snowed some today so theres that. I'll post up after I race them next year and let you know if I get a performance gain from them.
I actually decided to get a set of aero wheels after a friend of mine got a set. I raced against him twice this year and beat him by over 1.5 mph on the first race when he had his stock wheelset. After he got his non Firecrest 404 Zipp's, he beat me by nearly 1 mph and I felt that I rode faster and harder in that race then I did in the first race. He also just bought a new aero helmet and I'm sure that helped out in the second race too.
I got my new wheels, but I'm sure I won't ride them until next spring. No cassette on them right now but I am in the big ring.

I have carbon extensions and an aluminum base bar. I really can't see spending a couple hundred on a carbon basebar but I do have my eyes on a nice new set of Zipp or Sram R2C shifters.
I forgot to tell you guys that my almost 12 year old DS and I are currently lusting over the SAME bike!
Last weekend our LBS did "MukFest." I was able to ride one of the shop's size S Mukluks from last year and DS was able to borrow our friend's XS Ti Muk. He was instantly smitten. When he rides my old Cannondale he can't get that blasted thing up any hills. He cruised right up on the Mukluk, which is maybe just a bit lighter than the F5 he's been riding. But it's SO much more bike. Even the Mukluk I rode was lighter/easier up hills than the F5 and faster on flats, too (I've ridden that demo on 3 occasions). Now he's talking about a Mukluk more than he talks about LEGO and zombies. He and I would both fit an XS really well. Too bad we have blown our bike budget for a while. *sigh*
And the little turd has already outgrown the Redline Conquest 24 he got just last Christmas. We'd really hoped he'd get more than a year out of that, but he definitely has a preference for riding trails vs. roads. And very little interest in CX racing (he likes to go to the races and play with the other boys who are invariably there).

With each season comes a new bike "need!" Zoomy, what's the limiting factor for DS in getting up hills on that 'dale? Gearing, geometry, traction? Some of that could be solved or at least improved. Not that a better bike isn't always a fantastic solution. I'm guessing the Muk has some crazy low gearing and is so stable you can almost balance on its wide tires w/o moving.
We can't figure it out...but I've talked to at least 3 other people who have ridden that exact same model of bike (our LBS had a bunch of them in the petite size when Cdale was essentially liquidating overstock) and couldn't believe what a dog it was. The first time I rode a Mukluk I expected it to feel heavy and slow, like the F5--I was pleasantly surprised!
One issue is probably the tires. Kenda Nevegals aren't zippy, for certain.
