Ran W6D2 of C25K this morning on the trail with Copper.  Didn't run this weekend; too much to do in Chicago.  I did walk a lot and swam with the kids at the hotel.  In case you were wondering I'm still the undisputed pool wrestling champ in my family but I suspect that my days are numbered.  Treachery will only get you so far in this life and eventually youth will win out.
