    I'm slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter, but I run.

      erendis & goddess: I've got the charts more or less up to date (it's about time I carried my weight around here). There are three people that need to be added to the C25K graduates list (I didn't want to remove them from the C25K chart until they were on the grads list, so they'll need to come off of there too): Ann-V, EmilySue and mimi73.

        Got 'em...and thanks for the help. Philadelphia got its first sports championship in 25 years, and I've been a bit *busy* celebrating. Big grin

        Long term goals: - Sub 30 5K. - Compete in a 5K. - Train for a triathlon. - Compete in a 10K.
