              Long term goals: - Sub 30 5K. - Compete in a 5K. - Train for a triathlon. - Compete in a 10K.

                Who updated it? I thought you were doing that, goddess. Just to keep from potential confusion or information getting lost, we might need to limit the access of that doc to you, me, and Meg. I don't even update it, but I do peek at it periodically. I finished up Week 8 of the OHR this morning. 49 minute run and it was hard to stop at the end of it. I'm pretty sure I could go ahead and run for an hour, but I promised myself I would follow this plan to the letter (or minute Big grin ) and so I've got 2 more weeks to go. On to Week 9!

                            Just finished OHR Week9Day 3 today. On to the last week...

                                I ran for for 30 min (okay, with walk intervals). The point is, I was running and my pants weren't even on fire! Surprised 5K: week one.
