Goals:Finish C25K
I'm slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter, but I run.
Hi All, I've been a little 'MIA' lately but wanted to check in. I'm down and out with a bad cold since Friday that turned into an asthma attack (yesterday), so needless to say, I'm sidelined for a few days! My last run was Sunday, which finished off Week 2 of OHR for me, but today's scheduled run is off I am better now that I have drugs, but my first 5K is on the 25th and I don't want to do anything to jeapordize that. So, it may be this weekend before I run again, and I hope I don't get set back too much! I did do a test 5K last week and finished it in 35 or 36 minutes, so at least I know I can do the distance! So if I can at LEAST do that on the 25th, I'd be happy, but I think adrenaline may give me a slightly better time. Hope everyone else is doing great! Seems 'quiet' around here these days!
