Couch to 5K and One Hour Runners


Week of 5/1 to 5/7 (Read 436 times)

    Way to go on completing week 4, Chup!  Lucky you, getting out there on the trails.  I'm planning a trail run for tomorrow morning.  The shortest trail run for me is 5 miles.


    Are you ready for week 5?  That day 3 run is dreaded by all, but you'll be ready for it.  It is more of a mental test than a physical one.  Good luck!

      bianchilvr - Thanks for the encouragement.  I'm not too worried about W5D3, slow and steady is the name of the game.  I've already done C25K a couple of times in the past.  Wink

        You have the right frame of mind, Chup.  I've done the C25K a couple of times myself, but it gets a little harder as you get older Wink
