Way to go on completing week 4, Chup! Lucky you, getting out there on the trails. I'm planning a trail run for tomorrow morning. The shortest trail run for me is 5 miles.
Are you ready for week 5? That day 3 run is dreaded by all, but you'll be ready for it. It is more of a mental test than a physical one. Good luck!

You have the right frame of mind, Chup. I've done the C25K a couple of times myself, but it gets a little harder as you get older
