I'm ready to get off the C25K graph. Not quite doing 5K without walking intervals, but I'm doing my own thing and not following the plan at this point. Thank you!

C25k finished 1st April - Woo hoo! I'm hooked on running now Smile I am running my first ever race on 10th May, so I am continuing training on my own.

One day I decided I wanted to become a runner, so I did.

Finished C25K on 6/12/09.  I'll run a few more weeks of 3 times a week at 3 miles a day, then probably move on to one of the Hal Higdon novice plans or just gradually build up one long run a week on my own.
