    Nice job, Michele.

Got on it again today, starting week 5. It was another indoor track workout, and the track team was kinda cramping my style, but I did it.

Good for you, obie!  I would be intimidated at a track that has lots of people on it.  I don't know if I mentioned it before or not,  but I have an elementary school track at my disposal...it's nice and dark, and about 200 m around.  I love exercising in the dark, so no one can see me sweat! Cool

missed my run yesterday morning due to excessive ice.  Got out there this morning and completed a slow 2.2 miler in 31 min.  had to switch to the road part of the time, as the sidewalks had spotty icy spots.  Glad I got out there, but boy was it dangerous!  I'll opt for snow any day over this ice crap.  I'll run again tomorrow morning, but it will be dicey again, as the temps will be in the teens.  I don't know how you folks up north do it!

Yeah, ice sucks. But I bet you used a lot of creative muscles to avoid falling down!

Got in my 32 minute run today on an indoor track, without incident.
