    I just finished week 5 of C25K.  Anyone else out there also working through the program?

      Just finished W3D1.......spent almost the last year dealing with stress at work and home.......foot surgery......just getting old and fat.  Feeling motivated to turn things around.  I have run since 2005, but never got this far off track in all that time.  C25K is what got me running in the first place, so I know how great it is.

      Keep the running and fitness up and keep the weight from coming back.

      Run more miles than last year.

        Started and stopped C25K about a half dozen times over the last three years or so.  Last one stuck. I also shit-canned my vegetarian diet and went with a low-carb, high protein diet.......and got aggressive about calorie intake and exercise.  I lost 35 lbs. and am back to running 20+ miles per week and am feeling great!!  The C25K program is awesome and can be a great entry to running for ANYONE!!!
