c25k training log category on graph :-? (Read 362 times)

    I looked around on the main forum (technical faqs) and around the c25k forum and didn't find an answer. I see that some people have c25k as their type of run on their training logs (where my running graph only shows race, fartlek, tempo, etc). How do you do that?       In your Training Log, on the left side of the page click on Settings. Then click Manage My Activities, and then Run (Default). From there, you can type in the name of a new category, pick a color, and save it. It will then appear as an option for your workout type when you make a new entry. Hope that helps!
