    Wingz, that's awesome! Thanks! I think the way you did it, with weekly minute commitment, is a good idea. I'm actually doing my 100 minute week again this week. I apparently didn't learn my lesson a few weeks ago and tried to run in the heat again yesterday. A planned 38 minute run ended at 31 trying not to throw up. And I couldn't stop sweating, even almost an hour afterwards! Not good. So I'll try this again.
