Couch to 5K and One Hour Runners

    I was just curious what I should be logging after I finish the c25k.  Right now I'm logging the warmup and cooldown with the running.  I'd rather log just the running.

    Started c25k on 5/30/11

      Short easy run on the trail this morning with the dog.  A marathon training group passed me by.  I am jealous.
