Happy belated birthday, goddess!
I just finished Week 1 of the C25K and I'm ready for Week 2. I can't believe how quickly the progression is in stamina from day 1 to day 3.

On the road back
oh man! I finally finished W7D2. It took me three tries. I hadn't gone in a week because I was so frustrated. Plus school start. It was raining. It was great.
2013 Goals: Run more. Smile while I do it. Complete 2 marathons in a year. (1 down, 1 to go)
We finished up OHR W2 today. This was probably our best run since we finished up C25K. My wife in particular was feeling a lot better. A week from today is our first race!
