I left a message on another forum and CanadianMeg invited me to join this group. I'm looking forward to "training" with you all. This is a terrific web site. Our son and daughter in law told my husband and I that they are concerned about our health and fitness. They live across the country from us and they gave us this challenge--its 1460 miles between us. The couple that logs that many miles wins a trip to the other's for a weekend. It wouldn't be much of a sacrifice for mom and dad to fly them home, but they said they would bring our granddaughter! Now that's playing dirty! To keep motivated I sign up for my first 5K in May.
