I'm baaaack... (Read 158 times)

So I finished C25K last August, then battled shin splint issues that were just starting to get better in November...then I fell off the running wagon until this week No Imagine my shock when I hopped on the treadmill and panted my way through a C25K W2. Ah well, at least I'm back at it again, but I figured I'd pop in here and join the others that are going through C25K.
