    30 min of running is awesome, Ann, keep up the good work.  Slow and steady sounds like a good way to go.

     

    FYI, my last post should have read for a 22 min run, not 20 min.  I still have a couple of weeks before I'm up to a 30 min run, but I am looking forward to it!
